Customizing
Many CabDoc® features have been developed due to customer incitement, e.g. the Telephone module. Good customer care will enable us to continue developing further features based on every day practical requirements. Should your company require a solution, we would be more than happy to provide you with a development quote. We work with all current object oriented programming languages as well as with diverse language scripts and databank programming.

The set-up of primary documentation is in the shape of workshops for employees to be trained. Once the documentation has been set up, illustrated and a personal component library created, time will hardly be necessary for an update. Documentation at customer’s location or at Zetema is under consideration with regard the usability of existing data content. The possibility of automatic data imports requires prior checks by our experts.
Training
CabDoc® reduces the familiarization of network documentation to a minimum via intuitive usage and logical ascertainment methods. Optimal introduction can be acquired within a 2-4 day training course. This, also, makes our solutions cost effective from the beginning on. All courses can be conducted at the customer’s location or at Zetema.
