According to § 4f Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), the appointment of a data protection officer is not required because less than 9 employees automatically process personal data.

Purpose and legal basis of the data processing by Zetema GmbH

The processing of personal data is necessary for the fulfillment of a contract with the customers of Zetema GmbH, or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures, which take place at the request of the data subject. This includes the business activities of Zetema GmbH with acquisition, quotation, order and invoice processing and conclusion and execution of measures from maintenance and care contracts.

The storage period for personal data that can no longer be justified by the processing purpose is 2 years.

Transfer of personal data to third partiesDue to the process, when using the contact and registration forms on www.zetema.de (newsletter registration and deregistration, contact form, registration form customer account and demo account), the data entered by the customer is transmitted to our certified provider ITG-ONLINE Internet Services and stored there.With the registration forms the input of anonymized user name is possible, with the contact forms the input of anonymized email address is possible.When using the newsletter registration and deregistration, the entered data will be transmitted in encrypted form to our certified provider ITG-ONLINE Internet Services and processed there. For the registration we use the double-opt-in-procedure. This ensures that only the authorized user can register for the registered email address as a newsletter subscriber.Deviations from the principle that personal data are not transmitted via procedural transmission can, inter alia, be justified only if:• a disclosure obligation pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. c GDPR,• explicit consent of the data subject pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. c GDPR takes part. Further exceptions are specified in Art. 6 GDPR - lawfulness of processing.

Rights of data subjects

There is a general right of information for data subjects according to Art. 15 (1) GDPR.This includes the right to obtain information about the reason for the collection, content and processing of the data and the duration of storage when collecting any personal data by Zetema GmbH. Furthermore exists according to GDPR for affected persons u. a. the right to

Processor and service linking

As part of our business activities, the following processors and their data processing, on which Zetema GmbH has no influence, are involved in our workflows:Youtube (existence of a Zetema YouTube channel for product movie delivery)When downloading a film via www.zetema.de, YouTube may, among other things, cause the filing of cookies and the transmission of log file data. Google Adwords and Google Analytics (Internet Advertising and Page Access Analysis)

For all accesses to www.zetema.de the responsible IP address and the browser type of the site user are registered and saved by the person responsible and the processor. Log files contain the following data:·         IP address of the requesting computer·         • used browser·         • Timing of page access·         • URL and name of visited pages·         • details of the transferred data volume·         • URL of the referrer (from which website was the page accessed)·         • information on hardware and software (operating system) of the calling computer·         • Information about the browser software and language settings Links to the pages of various social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) do not exist on www.zetema.de. CookiesThe content management system we use sets a session cookie when www.zetema.de is called. This cookie does not contain personal data and does not allow any conclusions about the user's movement behavior. A deactivation of cookies in browsers does not adversely affect the functionality of the site www.zetema.de.
